SYMINGTONS
AT A GLANCE
Symingtons can trace their roots in
the local area back to the establishment of the original company in 1925. Originally
based for a short time in Croydon, the company moved to premises at 6 Cheam Road,
Sutton in 1929 and traded as auctioneers, surveyors and estate agents under the
name of Saint, Symington & Stedman. In 1962 they acquired the premises opposite
Sutton Station, where we are today, and the company name was changed to Saint,
Symington & Sowden. Dissolution of the partnership in 1985 resulted in Symingtons
moving to Cheam where we remained until our return to our present offices in
June 1996.
During this time, Symingtons have developed
into a well established firm of surveyors and estate agents; meeting the needs
of both the residential and commercial client.
Located in the prime commercial centre
we provide professional and independent advice on all property related matters.
